Meet Sydney

Hi! I’m Sydney and I help children, teens, and adults manage school, work, or completing everyday responsibilities that feel overwhelming or fall to the back-burner (but are constantly on your to-do list).

I focus on Executive Function coaching, using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to help you or your child understand how your brain works and develop practical strategies that actually stick.

Executive functions are brain-based skills that help us focus, plan, organize, manage emotions, and follow through on tasks. Together, we build on strengths and create practical strategies that increase confidence, independence, and the ability to navigate learning, work, and daily life with less overwhelm.

I believe that coaching should be collaborative, practical, and empowering. Together, we create tools that make everyday tasks more manageable and help you feel more in control so learning and life don’t feel overwhelming.

In addition to providing coaching supports, I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with specialized training and clinical experience supporting neurodiverse individuals. This background allows me to understand executive functioning challenges within a broader emotional and mental health context, and to tailor supports to each person’s needs.
